Eurostar’s New Class of Service
A new class of service called Standard Premier goes on sale from 5th May, for travel from 1st September 2010.
This means that Eurostar will have three distinct classes of service:
Business Premier – this will remain a dedicated full-service business product. It will continue to offer fast track check-in, lounge access and an on-board environment offering the highest standard of service. Full on-board catering and full ticket flexibility will be available to meet the requirements of business travellers.Standard Premier – this will be Eurostar’s mid-range product, replacing Leisure Select. It will offer the freedom to work, think or simply unwind in quiet, spacious surroundings. This class will offer a light catering option and provide some flexibility through a combination of restricted and semi-flexible fares with exchange and refund fees.
Standard - this will continue to offer good value for money, a convenient seat-only service offering semi-flexible fares with exchange/refund fees and restricted fare types.
