We have particular expertise in arranging trips for schools, colleges and universities although we arrange tailor-made itineraries for a wide range of group travel, including Weddings and Honeymoons.

Cairo
Horncastle negotiated group fares with the airline and secured discounted rates at the Hyatt Regency Hotel for this group. We also arranged transfers and visas. Following the success of this trip, Horncastle manages the Cairo group, and now also Calcutta, on a regular basis.

Romania
Here, we arrange trips for both students and teachers of a well known college to various parts of Europe, for studying purposes. These trips involve ensuring all the group travels together on the same flights and shares the same standard of accommodation, making the trip more cost effective. Efficient management of constant and inevitable changes are all part of the service we offer.

London
This trip was organised for school children, aged 11 -15, and teachers for a 3-day trip to London to perform at the Royal Albert Hall. We sourced the best rail fares with pre-booked seating, a central hotel, arranged all the coach transfers to and from the station and events, booked restaurants and London Eye tickets.

Geneva
For this group, Horncastle arranged hotels and transportation along with pre booked excess baggage to accommodate skis and ski-boards.
