Our Business Travel Management Service offers a comprehensive, global information and reservations service for flights, hotels and ground transportation.
This service is available by phone, e-mail, fax or on-line.
Air Travel
Horncastle has access to various special tariffs with many airlines offering significant savings both in economy and business class. Each booking is subjected to a fare search to find the best possible price for the routing requested and other similar acceptable alternatives. This search will include the so called "no frills" carriers, where these are available, and our own specially negotiated fares.
Rail and Ferry Reservations
We can provide British and Continental rail ticketing and reservations including Eurostar and Eurotunnel.
We can make reservations and provide tickets for Amtrak within the United States.
Ferry tickets and reservations are also available.
Hotel Reservations
Horncastle operates a global hotel information and reservations service. We are directly linked to many hotel booking networks and as members of the prestigious Guild of Business Travel Agents and the Advantage Focus Group, we have access to their global range of special room rates.
Being totally independent, however, we are able to negotiate and select the best rates available on your behalf from any source.
Car Hire
We are agents for all major car hire companies. We recommend our specially negotiated, competitive rates worldwide with Hertz, Avis or Europcar.
Groups, Conferences, Trade Missions and Event Management
Horncastle can help you plan your larger travel events, such as Conferences, delegations to Trade Missions, Management Seminars or Staff Incentive Schemes. We are able to negotiate competitive prices for meeting rooms and conference venues of all sizes, which can then be combined with our own special airfares and hotel room rates, to create an attractive package.
Passports, Visas and Health Information
We operate an efficient passport and visa service and offer up to date advice on visa requirements. We take care of the complete process from the initial passport and visa application through to delivery to your home, office, or in emergencies, the airport. Our consultants can provide up to date visa and health information for all destinations.
Ticket Delivery Service
Horncastle has a dedicated ticket delivery service that operates every weekday throughout the North East of England.
This service is provided free of charge to our customers.
Tickets can also be arranged by post or courier. We can arrange for ticket collection at all major airports around the world and at most main British railway stations.
You will receive a full itinerary and any supporting documentation with your tickets.
Traveller Profiling
We hold both personal and corporate profiles on each of our regular travellers to ensure that your company travel policies are adhered to and personal preferences and requirements are met.

Out Of Hours Emergency Service
This service is provided by our own senior consultants who are familiar with our customers and their travellers. They are equipped with a direct on-line link with our global reservations system.
The service operates outside normal office hours, every day of the year, for your total reassurance.
Airport Services
Airport assistance can be provided at major locations worldwide including "Meet and Assist", chauffeur driven cars and other VIP services. Valet parking can also be arranged at London�s main airports.
Credit Accounts
Horncastle can provide Credit Account facilities, AirPlus International Company Accounts and Diners Club Lodged Accounts. We also accept all major credit and debit cards. Our billing system is flexible and can be tailored to meet your requirements. Invoices can be broken down by cost centre, if required.

Foreign Exchange and Travellers' Cheques
A full foreign exchange service is available including the arrangement of travellers' cheques and most foreign currencies. These can be delivered to you together with your travel documents.
Travel Insurance
We offer a selection of comprehensive travel insurance arrangements, at competitive rates, to include:

Aircraft Chartering
We are able to charter all sizes of aircraft for your exclusive use. For larger group movements or for travel between two unusual points, this might prove to be a cost effective alternative. The service would, of course, operate to and from the airports of your choice, at the times you require.
Medical Repatriation
We can organise or co-ordinate medical repatriation with the airlines, air charters or medical staff, should this be necessary.
Management Information Reports
Our comprehensive selection of Management Information Reports will help you to analyse and manage your company's travel spending. These can include a breakdown of your air travel spend and rail, car hire and hotel expenditure reports on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis.
In addition to our standard reports, which include breakdowns of travel savings, year on year comparative analyses and most frequented destination summaries, reports can be tailored to your individual requirements.
