Regular Client Meetings
The full services of a Customer Relations Manager to ensure the relationship between Horncastle and its
customers remains at its optimum throughout the term. A dedicated Account Manager will visit our customers
on a regular basis and provide ongoing, responsive and efficient support for our customers.
E mail Travel Updates
A factual travel information update, relevant to our customers’ business is delivered
electronically to our registered customers on a weekly basis. It provides accurate,
up to the minute information on services, changes and current travel issues.
'Airmail' Newsletter
'Airmail' is our quarterly newsletter delivered free to all our customers, either by post
or electronically. As well as highlighting the latest travel industry news, it features interesting
destination reports and competitions with superb prizes.
Travel Co-ordinator's Guide
This booklet is presented by Horncastle to new corporate accounts and serves as a brief
introduction and guide to our procedures. It outlines general information and advice for
the Travel Co-ordinator.
